1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WHITEFLAG ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Purpose & Nature of the Site
WHITEFLAG is a geopolitical valuation framework provided for research, educational, and speculative purposes only.
- The Site is not a financial advisory service
- The Site does not provide investment, legal, tax, or professional advice
- All valuations, projections, and analyses are theoretical exercises
- Content should not be relied upon for any real-world decision-making

3. Futures Terminal
The Futures Terminal allows users to submit proposals for AI-generated analysis. By submitting content to the Futures Terminal, you agree that:
- Your submission and the generated report may be archived, stored, and displayed publicly on the Site
- Submissions are displayed anonymously — no personal identifying information is attached
- You grant WHITEFLAG a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to store, display, and reproduce your submission and its generated report
- You will not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or that infringes on third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove any submission at our sole discretion
- Submissions are stored with hashed IP addresses for rate limiting and abuse prevention only (see our Privacy Policy)
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, data, visualizations, code, methodology, design, and branding — is the property of WHITEFLAG and its creators, unless otherwise noted.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission
- Academic citation and fair use for research purposes is permitted
- The WHITEFLAG name, logo, and framework methodology are proprietary
5. No Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WHITEFLAG and its creators shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from reliance on Site content or analysis
- Damages arising from Terminal submissions or generated reports
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site systems or infrastructure
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the Terminal
- Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content in bulk without permission
- Misrepresent WHITEFLAG analysis as professional advice to third parties
8. Content Modification & Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or remove any content on the Site at any time without notice
- Change methodology, valuations, or projections without notice
- Remove or refuse to display any Terminal submission
- Suspend or discontinue the Site or any feature
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites. Links do not imply endorsement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
